Focussed and flying to fourth!

No5cSuch a warm Autumn spoilt us – when the Team arrived at Otterburn Military Ranges for the Cheviot Keith Knox Rally, it seemed evident Winter was well on it’s way…

The surface remained damp and slippery throughout the day with a lot of mud thrown onto the road from cuts.

Andy said “I was driving like Miss Daisy to being with, but after seeing we were tenth overall after stage 2 we got faster and faster as the day went on”…

No5eCo-driver Andrew Roughead seemed to enjoy himself and happile commented “Worst conditions I think I’ve ever competed in on tarmac”…

The Ford Focus WRC car ran faultlessly all day to finish fourth overall and the supersoft Kumho wets excelled in the slippery conditions.

Next event: Sunday 23rd November. Premier Rally, held entirely throughout Sherwood Pines Forest, 6 stage, totalling 33 forest stage miles.
