Following the tragic events at the weekend, and out of respect for all those involved, we will not be issuing a report from the Borders Competitions Jim Clark Rally.
We will however calculate the points after Round 3 of the 2025 Protyre Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Championship and issue these to competitors in due course.
The days following the Jim Clark Rally have been emotional beyond words and the death of Dai Roberts and the injuries sustained by James Williams have shaken us all.
The magnificent tributes and outpouring of love expressed on social media over the last 48 hours have been incredible and we’d like to add our sincere condolences to Dai’s family and friends and wish James a full and swift recovery.
We’d also like to convey our gratitude to the medical services in Scotland, the event organisers and all of the competitors who showed such professionalism and dignity in the most difficult of circumstances.
