There will be increased coverage of the Motorsport UK Protyre Asphalt Rally Championship this year, with live coverage on Facebook and YouTube and highlights on a brand new specialstage.tv website.
Special Stage TV has evolved its coverage for 2026 to bring viewers even more live-streamed action from the stage-side camera crews and more insight and end of stage driver interviews hosted by Paul Woodford.
“The plans this year are to have a mix of live stage action and stage end interviews, and those will go out in one broadcast mixed in together so that people watching can get their action and reaction in one place rather than flicking between streams on events,” says Special Stage TV’s Wayne Goldring.
“We will be continuing to broadcast onto the Facebook page as usual, and we are also live on YouTube for every round too – YouTube of course being a good option for people wanting to watch on their TV screens instead of mobile devices. The YouTube links will be available in advance*, should anyone else want to show the coverage, like in rally headquarters, local pubs, cafes, etc.
“The website specialstage.tv will be where all of the coverage will be put before and after the events, all sorted into Live or Catch Up, so that people can easily find what they want to watch much easier than on other platforms.
“We are looking forward to continuing our live coverage of the Protyre Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Championship this season.
