Dunoon town centre stage to host opening Argyll Rally action

The now famous Dunoon town centre stage will open the action on this year’s Dunoon Presents Argyll Rally, Round 4 of the 2025 Protyre Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Championship.

Two passes through the town will kick-start the action on Friday 20 June, followed by five demanding countryside tests including the eight-mile Oyster Catcher stage run in the dark.

Saturday 21 June brings nine stages and 72 competitive miles in total, featuring exciting changes to the fan-favourite Bealach Maim stage and the introduction of an all-new challenge in Millhouses.

Now in its fifth year on the closed public roads of the stunning Cowal Peninsula, the rally continues to build momentum and reputation as a must-do event for crews across the UK and beyond.

With Dunoon Stadium once again hosting pre-event documentation and service, the Mull Car Club organisedevent promises an electric atmosphere both on and off the stages.

Entries open on 1 May.

“With the supplementary regulations now live and entries opening soon, we’re encouraging competitors to get their entries in early,” says Clerk of the Course Sam Spencer.

“This year’s event blends everything crews and fans love about Argyll with fresh new challenges — it’s shaping up to be a groundbreaking edition.”
